This submission is identical to [r=24440255] except that this one has “Mastered At Capitol” on sides A and D only and also has inverted catalogue numbers in the matrix runout on side B. This submission also has the lacquer cutter’s initials of TY on side C.

Die-cut (for LP insertion) with square corners in thin card inner sleeves. They have the following arrangement of catalogue codes:
