The record had no cover and a white sleeve.

Only true fans had a chance! On Saturday, the strictly limited edition record was available in select stores worldwide. Price in Germany: €10.07 – a clear indication of the new album’s release date of July 10th!

The album? Completely mysterious! White sleeve, no cover, just a name: “The Cockroaches”. No info. No credits. Nothing! But everyone knows: THESE are the Rolling Stones!

Mysterious posters appeared in London days beforehand . The name “The Cockroaches” is no coincidence – Jagger & Co. used to play secret gigs under this pseudonym! The clever part: A QR code led fans directly to Universal Music, the Rolling Stones’ record label. Those who registered there received a secret clip – featuring the unmistakable and distinctive Stones sound! It was the opening of a blues-rock track. The website also listed GPS coordinates of music stores where the single was sold.

New Stones album coming

Insiders confirm: A new Stones album is set to be released on July 10th! The songs are apparently taken from the sessions for “Hackney Diamonds” (2023). Over 20 tracks were recorded back then – many of them still unreleased!

Will rock legends Mick Jagger , Keith Richards , and Ronnie Wood tour again? That’s the big question! After their 2024 North American tour, it’s unclear whether the Stones will perform live again. A major world tour? Rather unlikely! But: Some exclusive concerts could be on the cards! One thing is certain: The Stones are far from finished – and they continue to surprise and enchant the music world!
