– Standard UK shipping –
All orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. We try to get orders (Standard UK Delivery – From £3.99 up to 2 kgs, £7.99 from 2.1 kgs -10kgs (tracked and signed) to you as soon as possible. Orders made after 12 noon (GMT) on the shipping days will be sent out on the next shipping day. If you have ordered multiple orders the whole order will ship together.
If your order has not arrived within seven working days, please contact us so we can assist you.
-International delivery-
If you live outside the UK, please get in touch if you would like us to provide you with an international shipping quote. You may be required to pay local customs or duty charges, so please make sure you understand the fees your country may charge you to receive the items – it is your responsibility to pay these.
Each parcel is being handled with care by our team, following all official UK government advice. Both Royal Mail and UPS are operating a contactless delivery service.
If you refuse to pay charges the delivery could be returned to us. This can take up to 8 weeks. You will only be refunded the cost of the goods when they arrive back at our store.

Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery.
Saturdays and Sundays do not fault under working days.
Swayze Records cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
